I wasn’t sure of what to expect at the beginning of the program. I knew as a fact that Chrisi is amazing in supporting and reading people and help them figure out what they want to do and how. So I started the program conscious that it would have been a journey to (re)discover myself, but I still wasn’t sure on the impact that it could have.

Chrissi is such a gem, I love her approach and enthusiasm! What she talks about and how she explains it makes the whole process so much enjoyable and tangible. During these 4 months, I’ve discovered a lot about myself that I cannot unlearn anymore. I know a lot more about my personality and energy and all of these things can help me to move forward in order to work with myself rather than against myself. I’ve got a lot of education on how to accept the way I work rather than just work out of the societal norms and how it all should be done. There’s a lot of acceptance in myself now and I know all this experience throughout these months will help me for my whole lifetime.

I also felt so supported throughout this program! Christine helped so much with additional support. Every single time something was brought up in the calls, she immediately addressed it or provided additional resources.

Before starting the program I was working hard without breaks and didn't see results.

I really liked that Christine took notes when we were talking and was referencing them back to us, that she attentively listened and thought of solutions/questions to ask us so that we can figure out what to do next
